Terms and Conditions
- Standard Service: Five (5) working days for digitizing and five (5) working days for embroidery upon approval of logo
- All stitch counts rounded up to nearest thousand
- 4% damage allowance (Say it in Stitches will issue credit to your account for actual damaged garment cost over 4%)
- Shipping Information: all shipments are FOB factory
- Say it in Stitches is not responsible for sewing on incorrect styles, colors and sizes sent by merchandise vendors
- New customers must pay C.O.D. for embroidery work and in advance for any digitizing services
- Quantities for pricing purposes determined by number of pieces per design and garment style. Shirts and hats not combined for quantity. Prices do not include complete color changes for specific designs.
- Say it in Stitches is not responsible for quality of embroidery from files not digitized by our company
- Back orders may be billed as new orders, based on applicable quantities for each separate production run
- Prices subject to change without notice
