Price Matching Policy
Thinking about a change? Say it in Stitches understands that trying a new embroiderer can be difficult, especially if your pricing is tied to that of your current embroiderer. We want to give customers the opportunity to experience our superb quality embroidery, fast turnaround, and terrific customer service without worrying about pricing.
Send us a copy of your current embroiderer’s price list for evaluation. We will then determine whether we can work from that price list for a pre-determined period of time (usually 6-12 months). We will also discuss re-digitizing of certain designs at discounted prices in order to make a smooth transition even easier or to just give you a taste of what we can do!
